Dear ITAC,

I spend many hours in front of a CAD station designing store layouts. I had been using a three button Logitech Mouse and by the end of the week, my entire arm would ache from the repetitive movements. My fingers would become too weak to press the buttons and writing or typing became such an effort. I tried different types of ergonomic mouse pads but they did not drastically improve the situation. I was at the point of getting a custom design wrist support from a clinic.

I was looking for an alternative pointing device when I noticed your ad in the CADALYST MAGAZINE. After reading your literature, I ordered a MOUSE-TRAK model #B-5XX9P. After 3 days of use I noticed the weakness and pain had been reduced. It has been over 30 days of track-ball use and there is no more pain or weakness. The MOUSE-TRAK seems to strengthen my hand rather than weakening the muscles. My productivity has gone up at least 20%. When I leave the office after a busy day, my wrist and fingers are fatigued, but they are not weak or painful.

I am very pleased with the results of your product. I would recommend your MOUSE-TRAK to any one who suffers from RSI. If you let physicians know of your product, I think it would prevent a lot of injury and needless surgery.
